Booked a flat in Bangalore
Hectic time, put all my savings in booking a flat in Electronic City, Bangalore. Thanks to Veerapuram Varadhan and Srinivas Ragavan for helping me to book this flat !
Daadys Builders is the flat promoters. Seems they are doing lot of projects in Bangalore. In India, most of the IT hubs are becoming costlier these days. Number 1 is Bangalore. Hyderabad, Chennai are on the way... Its really going to be difficult for others employeed in other fields (I mean other than IT field).

dear one, i am also blogger, accidentally came across your blog. What you said is correct. But to my opinion Bangalore is cheaper than Hyd and Chennai.

I am also somebody how has booked with Elixir project...i guess this was the biggest mistake of my life
any idea apart from approval if thier papers are right ?
I have withdrawn my deposit. I don't see any progress from them. Hopeless people.

I have also booked a flat with Elixir in bangalore, some time back... daadys are the builders. They have started off with the bhumi-pujan. And they are promising to complete by next year end.
Not sure if they would be able to complete.. they are giving adds in the newspapers also..
Lets hope for the best.
I have got my money back ! I had other commitments, so could not continue with them. Anyways, its sad to know that, they haven't started the project yet !

I booked a flat in PURAB MANOR at whitefield_hoskote Road. The builder is KMF Builder and developers. Does anyone has an opinion on their title, approvals and reputation? If anyone has booked with them I would like to be in touch

I got a house from Daadys Builder at electronic City. Here are the good and bad things about them:
GOOD ABOUT
1) The construction Quality is absolutely very good. Appreciate the supervisor and the project engineer to monitor the cement sand ratio, water treatment, labours work quality. In compariosn to my other bangalorian friends flat I got a very good quality. Literally I have seen the solid work when they were laying the water pipe inside my house.
2) They entertain your view and give sufficient time to listen to your views and changes even after the sale deed agreement done. Where as other builders ignores your request after the sale deeds.
3) I have done lots of internal changes inside the house. Without a single complain they had done every changes which I had asked for.
4) The company headed by a young person named Bobby Sebastian who is a nice honest gentleman. Always gives important to customer.
BAD THINGS:
1) I was suppose to get the house on 2009 March and they are going to handover us the flat on Dec 2010. Its a 21 months delay.
2) They aquired lots of land in Bangalore for there project as a result they are in financial Crunch to pump money to the new construction project.
3) Though they have good onsite supervisor named Ayyapan and Thiruvaluavan but the poor project management add more factor for the delay.
How would like to know the price for apartments / villas thru this builder. Appreciate your help
Being a resident in same, I can say Daady Builder are very slow but of good quality.
We have waited for nearly more than year for the project to complete but to no avail.
Before investing do check with their promises which are only imaginations.
Anyone who has booked in Elxir Project, Daady kindly reply...
Is this builder credible and what action can be taken if they do not give possession in time of the flat.

Hi Nagappan, Good input about the Builder. But do you know if your apartment has Chimney, working geysers etc.?
Nope, I have to pay additional cost to fix it. Just the apartment was given to me, I spent Rs 12,00,000/- for fixing things.
so did they fix the chimney already or will they take some time?
They suggest some contract team who can do the job. I did through their suggested contract team and the job is done.
Nagappan, I sent you an e-mail. Did you get it? your apt does not have chimney yet, and there is a non-working geyser, and other issues

Hi Jay,
I'd recommend to stay away from this builder...This builder is notorius for not finishing the amenities on time. For eg, we in Daadys Southbourg (another project from Daadys) have been waiting for the Clubhouse/swimming pool for past 5 years...
